Excel - When trying to do Find/Replace and format only certain text (like bold), Excel will format the entire cell bold, not just the name. I.S. has a script they can run to do only certain words - limited amount of licenses, but we may be able to ask for one for the CRC.

A possible workaround is to copy the text into Word, do the replace and then copy text back into Excel. You could also move a column or columns into Word
